Return & Exchanges Policy

Please note that we have updated our return policy as of June 5, 2021.

We are happy to accept returns or we can offer you a virtual Fikuri E-Gift Card that never expires!

Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).

Please email us at info@fikuri.com with :

  1. Your order number
  2. Items being returned
  3. Reason for return

Once details are provided your return label will be emailed directly to you.

Once we receive the item(s) they will be inspected and they must be in NEW and UNWORN condition WITH tags (if applicable).

Please allow up to a week from the day your return is received for your refund or gift card to be issued.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

If your item(s) appear to have been worn or have an odor your refund will be denied.

 What is the Exchange policy on Fikuri?

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Shivanico pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at info@fikuri.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Shivanico will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Please note shipping charges are NOT refunded.
